After talking to Judy about the Google Form she made it clear that no changes needed to be made that were possible. She says that she wishes they could be a way to link it electronically to another person to get their signature in approval before the form was sent to her department. However, after a lot of trial and error it seem that that is not possible to do with Google Forms.

We believe that by using this form it will help the department greatly with accuracy, timelines, and organization with the grant request process.
