Data Model or Prototype

Below is the link for the prototype of our project. We created a Google Form that the faculty and staff of Chatham can interact with digitally to fill out their request for a grant. This will eliminate the need for a paper form making the process more convent and efficient.

Once the faculty or staff has submitted their form via Google Forms, it will be sent automatically to those working in the Beatty House who will accept or reject the grant.
